Terms of Service — CPC Point

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CPC Point ("Service") operated by Dollar Tech Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are acting on behalf of yourself or a legal entity you are authorised to bind.

2. Accounts

One account per person or legal entity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account
You must verify your email address via the one-time code we send before you can use the dashboards
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law

3. Publisher terms

You must own or have written authorisation to monetise every website you submit
You agree not to click your own ads, encourage others to click your ads, use any automated means to generate impressions or clicks, or place ads on sites you have not registered with us
You agree not to alter, wrap, or obscure the embed tag or the rendered ad creative
Your website must comply with applicable laws and our content policies (no illegal content, no infringing material, no malware, no adult or hate content on the standard plan)
We may reject, suspend, or remove any site at our discretion if we believe quality, safety, or contractual standards are not met

4. Advertiser terms

Your creatives, landing pages, and offers must be truthful, lawful in every targeted country, and free of malware, phishing, or deceptive content
You are solely responsible for the goods, services, and claims advertised
You may not impersonate brands you do not own or use trademarks you do not have rights to
We may reject, suspend, or remove campaigns that violate these Terms or our content policies

5. Payments

Advertiser wallet

Deposits are credited to your wallet only after we verify the funds have arrived
Wallet balance is consumed by your campaigns. Refunds of unused balance are at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee

Publisher payouts

Minimum withdrawal: USD 50 (or current threshold shown in your dashboard)
Payouts are processed manually after admin review, typically within 7 business days of request
You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and paying any local taxes

Platform fee

We retain a 20% platform fee on every paid click or impression before distributing the remainder to the publisher. The fee may change with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Invalid traffic

The Service includes automated fraud-prevention systems. Clicks or impressions we determine to be invalid will not generate payouts, will be refunded to the advertiser where applicable, and may result in account warnings, suspension, or termination. Our determinations are made in good faith and are final.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, code, and documentation are owned by Dollar Tech Technologies. You retain ownership of your own creatives and content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your creatives only as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal compulsion, or operational reasons. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, ledger records will be retained as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any minimum level of revenue, click-through rate, or campaign performance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless a binding consumer-protection rule in your country provides otherwise.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on your dashboard and / or by email at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
