CPC Point (operated by Dollar Tech Technologies, "we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding that information when you use our website, dashboards, embed tag, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information

Name, email address, phone number (optional), country
Password (stored as a one-way bcrypt hash — we never see your plaintext password)
For publishers: website URL, website name, niche
For advertisers: company name, business website

Payment information

Deposit / withdrawal amounts, payment method label (bank, Wise, Payoneer, USDT, card), transaction references you provide
We do not store full bank or card numbers. Any card payment is processed by an external payment processor under their own privacy policy.

Automatic data (for fraud prevention and service operation)

IP address, user-agent, device type, country, referrer for every ad request and click
Click and impression logs (timestamp, slot, campaign, validity flag)
Authentication cookie (httpOnly JSON Web Token)

2. How we use your information

Operate the Service: serve ads, run auctions, transfer earnings to publishers, charge advertisers
Verify your account by email (one-time codes)
Detect and prevent invalid traffic and fraud (rate limits, threat lists, behavioural signals, audits)
Process deposits and withdrawals
Send transactional emails (account status, campaign launches, security alerts)
Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

With service providers strictly to run the Service (email delivery, hosting, payment processor)
When required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property
In an aggregated, non-identifying form for analytics and reporting

4. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (httpOnly, SameSite=Lax) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on our dashboards.

5. Data retention

We keep account and ledger records for as long as your account is active and for up to seven (7) years after closure to meet tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations. Click and impression logs older than 24 months are aggregated.

6. Your rights

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction — update inaccurate information directly from your dashboard
Deletion — request closure of your account (we may retain ledger records to fulfil legal obligations)
Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (transactional emails are required for the Service)

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure may be hosted in countries other than your own. By using the Service you consent to your information being processed in those jurisdictions.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), password hashing, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on your dashboard and / or by email at least seven days before they take effect.
